The basis for this is the performance of the agreement with you, compliance with a legal obligation, or — in the case of the contact form — your consent.
We store booking details for as long as required by Spanish tax and tourism regulations. The deposit is blocked as a pre-authorization on your credit card on arrival via the card terminal on site (no charge is made) and released again within 14 days after departure if no damage or additional costs are identified; we do not store credit card details ourselves.
We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law, such as the Spanish guest registration (registro de viajeros), which we must submit to the competent Spanish authorities. For website statistics we use Google Analytics and, only if you give your consent, marketing cookies from Meta (Facebook and Instagram); you can read more about this in our cookie policy. Payment of the rent is made via bank transfer directly to Mulhoof Property S.L.
