Private Home Collection was founded by two Dutch individuals who know the Costa Blanca not from brochures or sales pitches—but from the inside.
One of our grandparents lived in Moraira for almost thirty years. Not as a temporary expat, but as a permanent resident who only returned to the Netherlands for the cold Christmas holidays. As children, we visited him and saw what this part of Spain is at its core: a coastal region that has preserved its character. Small-scale, low-rise buildings, with a rhythm that suits the good life.
The love never went away.
From visitor to entrepreneur
At the beginning of the corona period — when the world stood still — we took the step to tackle this seriously. Not because it was an easy time, but because it forced us to calmly think about what we truly wanted to build.
We started small. A first purchase, a first rental property, a first sale. And soon we realized what everyone learns when doing business in another country: every country has its own rules, its own pace, its own way of working. Spain is no exception to this.
We've learned through trial and error. Permits, notaries, building regulations, tax legislation, rental law — we've experienced it all firsthand. Not always easy, but it has made us who we are today: a company that knows how things really work.
What we are today
In the meantime, Private Home Collection has grown into a small but effective real estate company with a reliable team of people who work daily on our projects in Javea, Moraira, and the surrounding area.
We rent out exclusive villas to guests who want to experience the best of the Costa Blanca. We sell properties to buyers looking for a second home or permanent move. And we develop new construction projects — like The Cubes — for people who want something that doesn't exist yet.
What sets us apart? We don't buy in areas we don't know. We don't build in places where we wouldn't want to live ourselves. And we don't sell anything we wouldn't buy ourselves.
