Around the pool there are 8 comfortable sun loungers and 2 umbrellas, perfect for relaxing under the Spanish sun. The pool is also equipped with LED lighting, which creates a beautiful ambiance in the evening. The garden offers a combination of a well-maintained lawn and covered and uncovered seating areas, ideal for dining or lounging outside. A BBQ and outdoor kitchen complete the outdoor living area, while the solar panels provide the villa with sustainable energy.

After our confirmation you pay a 30% deposit by bank transfer within 14 days. The remaining 70% is due no later than eight weeks before arrival. If you book within eight weeks of arrival, the full amount is due immediately. Free cancellation is possible up to eight weeks before arrival. Final cleaning is included in the total amount. On arrival, the security deposit is held on your credit card via the card terminal.
