La Reserva

Moraira has something that the larger resorts on the Costa Blanca have long since lost: character. A harbor that still smells of fish, a center that has preserved its scale, and a coast that has not been built up too much. Those who buy here buy consciously for that feeling. La Reserva is an exclusive apartment complex on a plot of 7,700 m² at the Platja de l’Ampolla — one of Moraira’s most beautiful coves. The complex is built on the conviction that architecture doesn’t have to dominate its surroundings. The design

Two architectural concepts have been developed — a strict rectilinear variant and a fully organic, circular variant. Both are high-quality interpretations of the same plot of land and the same vision. The circular variant is the most unexpected: stacked circular building layers with wide, curving terraces, each occupied with palm trees and tropical greenery. The swimming pool at the heart of the complex follows the same organic line. Viewed from above, the complex looks more like a garden that happens to be habitable than a building that happens to have greenery. The final design will be determined after the permitting process is completed.

What makes La Reserva special

Moraira Park is already here — and always will be Directly south of the complex, on the sea side, is the Municipal Moraira ParkProtected green space that will never be built on. That's not a marketing promise—it's guaranteed in the zoning. The apartments on higher floors overlook that parkland towards the sea. What you see now, stays. Everything within walking distance — the car stays downstairs Platja de l’Ampolla is located directly opposite the complex, towards the southeast: you cross the street and you are on the beach. The center of Moraira and all the restaurants along the coastline are also within walking distance. You park your car in the underground garage; you no longer need it for Moraira. The underground parking garage ensures that vehicles disappear completely from view of the complex. Above ground, there is space, greenery and people. Moraira is located between Jávea and Calpe — approximately 64 minutes (95 km) from Alicante airport and approximately 85 minutes (129 km) from Valencia airport.
